Vote by Mail


Any qualified registered voter in Will County is eligible to cast a Vote by Mail ballot.  City of Aurora residents must contact the Aurora Board of Elections at (630) 897-4030 to request a Vote by Mail ballot.

MILITARY & OVERSEAS U.S. CITIZENS
Members of the Military, including their dependents and U.S. citizens temporarily residing outside of the U.S. may submit a
Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to receive a Vote by Mail ballot.  Click here for more information.

PERMANENTLY DISABLED
Voters who have a permanent disability are eligible to enroll in the Permanently Disabled Vote by Mail Program and automatically receive a ballot for the next 5 years.  To print out the application
